Tear Down the Wall
Current mood: cheerful
Bocher Tov and Good Morning,
My buddy Dana and I made it to a screening of Pink Floyd’s the Wall the other night at the Aero in Santa Monica. It was intense and I’m sure pumping up the volume contributed to it. Watching the wall last week felt appropriate with all of the craziness going on in the world. Maybe we’re the crazy ones and we shouldn’t blame the world. The film reminded me that it’s ok to question authority in our own lives, so interpret that any way you want.
No Kulaks gig tonight. It’s been postponed due to a benefit being held at the venue.
I saw Kneebody on Thursday and they were awesome. It was very inspiring. once again proves that great creative music can still thrive here in L.A. check out their website at http://www.kneebody.com
Logic Anyone: I’m looking into jumping feet first into digital audio by buying Logic Audio. Any suggestions or advice? It’s about time the old man jumped head first into digital audio.
CDs: I just picked up my first Wilco CD, Yankee Hotel Fox Trot. Holy crapola is it good. Yeah, I’m a little late getting on the bandwagon. The lyric ” I assassin down the Avenue”.. I have no idea what it means but I think it’s brilliant.
Alright, there’s a world to explore….
